LOCAL FITNESS RACING

Simple. Challenging. Exciting.

Tidewater Fitness Racing combines running and functional fitness into a fast-paced race designed for athletes of all ages and ability levels.

Competitors will alternate between running and fitness stations throughout the event, creating a race experience that rewards endurance, strength, determination, and grit.

How It Works

Athletes begin together at the starting line.

When the race starts, racers will complete one lap around the track before entering Station 1.

After completing the station, athletes return to the track and complete another lap before entering Station 2.

This pattern continues throughout the race:

Start → Run 1 Lap → Station 1

Run 1 Lap → Station 2

Run 1 Lap → Station 3

Run 1 Lap → Station 4

Run 1 Final Lap → Finish Line

The athlete who completes the entire course in the fastest time wins their division.

Kids Division will use the Kid’s Run cut-through.
